Empowering Actions is a division of Brown & Brown Group, LLC. The company is a Leadership Training and Development company founded in 2008 by Angela Brown, a women and minority owned business enterprise. Empowering Actions has an A-list roster of professional trainers, coaches and consultants specializing in governmental and corporate professional development training.

The cores of our services revolve around leadership and workforce development preparedness. Our fundamental belief is that every organization’s success depends on creating and reinforcing a strong leadership foundation. The corporate headquarters are based in Chandler, Arizona with offices in Kansas City and Washington, D.C., providing services both nationally and internationally.
