Angela Brown understands the connection between strong leadership, engaged teams, and high performance.
Fifteen years in healthcare and managed care insurance leadership, proved the perfect playground to hone her leadership expertise and teach her a thing or two about the power and effectiveness of personal leadership in driving performance and results, after rising from the ranks of hospital volunteer to the executive suite of one of the largest healthcare conglomerations in the country, leading the business development for two start-up managed care insurance companies.
Looking for a new challenge, she headed to off to start her own business and in just three short years created a multi-million wellness and direct sales enterprise, recruiting a team of over 1,700 representatives from the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Earning top industry awards consecutively and growing revenue over 25 percent year over year, she sold the business in 2008 at a profit. She went on to take on an interim role as vice-president of sales and consultant for an Australian health and beauty company helping to recruit leadership and grow sales for their North American distribution channels.
In all of her work roles, what has given her the most joy is helping others she has worked with develop and grow to realize things about themselves they never believed possible. She found out that what she loves to do has a name: Executive Leadership training and coaching. She became certified in leadership coaching and launched her full-time speaking and training company. She travels the world speaking, training and coaching on what she calls the R-4 Factor of Personal Leadership Effectiveness that she developed through her corporate and entrepreneurial experiences. Angela currently coaches CEO’s and senior level executives from around the world who are enrolled in Duke University’s Global Executive MBA program on Relational Leadership principles and application.
She also has trained for NASA, US Army, PNC Bank, Hackensack Medical, Lockheed Martin, US Food and Drug Administration, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Hanes Brands, Grainger, Georgia Technical Institute, Allianz Global, Sandia Labs, Wells Fargo, Department of Homeland Security, Notre Dame, MedPOINT Medical Management and Federal Reserve Bank just to name a few.
She takes her leadership principles and proven methodologies around the world equipping leaders how build high performing, collaborative and “sold out to the mission” teams. Her work focuses on giving people the tools, confidence and inspiration they need to imagine what’s possible and discover their leadership impact through the power of relational leadership.

As a business broker helping people sell and acquire businesses, Angela brings the expertise of having personally owned and sold multiple franchises as well as corporate businesses. Recognizing the severe lack of quality business brokering services, Angela has a mission of helping and guiding others through the meticulous and sometimes emotional process of selling or buying a business. Her years of experience as a business owner, coupled with her many years as a sales performance and business coach, provides clients her proprietary Personal Leadership Playbook to assist in determining which business opportunity is the perfect match for her clients. Angela adds value for her clients when assisting sellers to maximize profitability and guiding buyers to finding the right business for them. As a business owner and serial entrepreneur, Angela has built and sold multi-million-dollar businesses and successfully turned around two existing franchise operations and sold at a profit in 24 months. Recognized with the award for top membership sales in the U.S. and Canada in 2022.
